Started in November 2003, Mid Shires is a medium-sized, friendly club offering airgun shooting from “plinking” to Field Target, Hunter Field target, Pistol and Bench Rest shooting. The Association meets Saturdays from 09:30 am, and during the summer period [April to October] on Wednesday evenings from 5:00 pm.
We are open all year round.
The club has 4 qualified BASC Airgun Coaches, and 1 Licenced BFTA FT Club Instructors.
Your first visit and tuition are FREE. You will have to sign in with your full name and address, as this is a requirement of our insurers.
The club is affiliated to the National Rifle Associaton, the British Field Target Association via the Fenland F.T.A. and supports the objectives and aims of the Airgun Training & Education Organisation.
There are three membership categories, Adult, Family and Student/Junior and a weekly shooting fee is charged to cover wear and tear on targets.
